NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety:

If you need to deliver specialist H+S advice to your organisation, the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) course provides you with an excellent grounding in the principles and practice of health and safety management. Ideally suited to... individuals with foundation knowledge in health + safety who are looking to grow their knowledge, understanding and gain an internationally accredited qualification, recent graduates, or professionals transitioning into health + safety roles.

What to expect: To succeed you’ll need to be prepared to commit significant time towards your study. The course runs over 10 days (2 x 5 day blocks) and has an open book and online exam, and off-course practical workplace assessment. In addition to about 80 hours of direct learning, you’ll need to allow for about 30 hours self-directed revision between courses and in preparation for the exam.

NEBOSH International Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals

The NEBOSH Diploma is an advanced-level qualification, providing an in-depth exploration of health and safety management, including policy development, risk control, and strategic implementation. Graduates demonstrate a high level of competence in health and safety leadership and are well equipped to effectively manage complex health and safety challenges and drive organisational improvements.

Ideally suited to...experienced health and safety practitioners with a significant background in the field. Professionals seeking to advance their career prospects, take on leadership roles, or enhance their contribution to health and safety management at a strategic level within their organizations.
