Rosey Tecklenburg

Rosey Tecklenburg is the Accounting and Administration Manager for Impac.  She has worked in both large corporate environments as well as small business. Rosey brings a range of experience to Impac which encompasses office management, financial and IT systems, and customer service.  Her previous roles have included working for a coffee importing company responsible for customer service, running the office, implementing systems, stock control, sole charge of accounts and overseeing the day to day operations.
 
Rosey is able to provide a top level of customer service, having spent a number of years in the banking environment where her  responsibilities include Team Leader, Trainer, QA and mentor.  She has spent time with St John Ambulance, as a First Aid Instructor in the Waikato and Auckland areas teaching basic life support and workplace first aid to NZQA standards.

Rosey holds a certificate in Adult Teaching and Learning (Unitec) and has attended courses in Small Business Accounting, Building Thinking Skills for Tutors
