Patrick Seaman is a Trainer who specialises in HSE Act Compliance, Machine Guarding, Small Plant, Excavations, Confined Spaces, Work at Heights, Asbestos Management, Noise Management. His project experience includes: Development of workplace guidelines for the management of high risk activities, Delivery of H&S advisory services to industry, Implementation and management of the Auckland OSH Clean Air national initiative, Leadership and Management of the OSH Manukau Office, Team Leader for Auckland OSH Initiative focussing on Maori occupational safety and health, Leader of the OSH Auckland Team internally implementing the ACC partnership programme, Development of collaborative relationships with key community, industry and government groups, and assisting with the formulation of OSH Strategic Plans Analysing accident injury trends and external data to formulate OSH branch and local OSH Maori year plans. Patrick holds a post Graduate Diploma in Safety Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Operations) Management and Certificate in Safety Management. He has attended courses in Advanced Noise Course, Asbestos Monitoring Course, Client Skills Training Course, and Train the Trainer. He is a member of the NZ Institute of Safety Management (NZISM)
