| | Moni Hogg has six years direct experience in Health and Safety management, and a background in construction operations with Fletcher Building. She has a well rounded base of safety knowledge in heavy and high risk industries, having consulted to construction, manufacturing, engineering and transport organisations in both New Zealand and Australia.
Moni facilitates NZQA Level 3 and Level 4 courses. She has proven experience in preparing companies for ACC Partnership Program and WSMP audits, and project managing implementation of policy and procedures to comply with all legislative requirements.
She holds a double major Bachelors Degree in economics and business administration and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management.
Moni has a passion for seeing change in the safety culture of an organisation. She believes that while people usually try their best on a daily basis, it is important they have the resources, tools and support to carry out work safely and productively.
