Mark Taylor is a Trainer/Consultant with Impac based in the Bay of Plenty, with over 25 years of Health and Safety experience in a wide variety of industries at Managerial, Practical and Supervisory levels. Mark's ability to "think outside the square" makes him an effective champion of cultural change. Mark's specialities are worker engagement and safety behaviour programmes and he is an International Award Winner in these fields.
Mark has a very "hands on approach" to training and is currently trialling two new programmes, one for supervisors to detect unsafe behaviours of their workers and the other using neuro linguistic programming techniques for changing the way people think about safety. This, he states, could have the biggest single impact on reducing injuries across all sectors.
