| Leading for Safety Excellence |
Course overviewThis series has been designed specifically for senior management teams in New Zealand companies to help them understand their role as leaders in developing a positive safety culture within their business.
These challenging workshops, delivered only by Impac Directors, are tailored to your organisation and encourage active debate regarding how the leadership team can drive sustainable safety performance improvements and integrate safety into broader operational risk management systems.
The sessions have received very positive feedback from our corporate clients and are a strong catalyst for change within their organisations.
This course is a must have for all Board Members, CEOs and Senior Executives.
Learning outcomesThe workshops are normally informed by the results of a confidential questionnaire of the leadership team that is completed prior to the first workshop to establish a baseline against a safety cultural maturity model.

- Safety Goals—do we measure what matters?
- What do we need to do to realise them?
- The importance of Safety Culture, values, beliefs and behaviours
- Developing our vision
- Moving forward: Planning, communicating and delivering our vision to the business.
