This two day course will help you understand and apply the ICAM root cause investigation methodology which is based on the Reason Swiss Cheese model.
It is designed for safety, operational, maintenance and supervisory personnel from all industry sectors who may currently participate in low to medium level investigations and
aim to become investigation leaders and involved in more complex events.
